It was clean and compact, and had 4 bunk beds. Communication from the owner was really good. It took us a while to find the cutlery, which was in the dining table.

Not any fault of the property but town was a drive away really. Lack of WiFi may put off some, but the signal was good. Sadly it meant we couldn’t stream TV in English.

The host was great to communicate with, super helpful and kind. She even gave us directions to places to eat and shop for food.

I would suggest that the host leave a bottle of water for each guest upon arrival, as not everyone drinks tap water. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I will certainly book it again in the future.

It’s a very cozy, and comfortable place, the beds were nice, everything is clean, the host explains everything so check in and check out were easy. 3 minutes drive from Bagni Novi and 8 minutes from Bagni Vecci and from Bormio Ski lifts.

There is no wifi..
