From arriving the apartment was everything & more we could have wished for . Clean,comfortable so central everything was within walking distance ,some lovely restaurants,snack places .food & drinks of plenty.market stalls & live music .the views from the apartment were amazing

This place is pure gold among all the apartments I’ve ever seen. When I found it, I thought such beauty only exists in photos. But once we stepped inside, it exceeded all my expectations. The apartments are simply stunning: incredibly beautiful, perfectly clean, and well-maintained. The staff was outstanding—polite, attentive, and always ready to help. At check-in, they explained everything in detail and continued to assist with any questions throughout our stay. As a thoughtful touch, the apartment was stocked with coffee, tea, drinking water, and even some candy. The highlight, however, was the terrace. When we stepped out onto it, we couldn’t believe our eyes. If you stay here, you won’t need to visit any city observation decks—the view from the terrace is far better (we even compared!). The location is pure magic. The apartments are situated on the city’s most popular tourist street, with all major attractions within walking distance, as well as shops and cafes nearby. In the evenings, the street comes alive with the sound of live music. While others stand and listen, you can enjoy it right from the terrace with a glass of wine in hand. It’s a true feast for the eyes and ears. I highly recommend these apartments. One day here is definitely not enough to fully appreciate them. A solid 10/10! I’m so happy I found this place and already dream of coming back. It feels like stepping into a movie.

I really loved Palazzo Viola, I stayed 8 nights there. Location was perfect, you can walk everywhere. I feeled like lady in a castletower. Everything was very clean and beautiful decoration. Lady who was waiting for me when I arrived was so so lovely and if i needed something i got help. And owner was very kind also and gave good details for arrival. Tips for staying: When you come down with elevator, you found yourself in lovely hotel where I enjoyed breakfast most of the morning. (Also there is another very stunning hotel opposite of the street, breakfast was perfect there!) There is also spa down there at the hotel. I really recommend to book your spa time with saunas and pools there. I did it and I loved it. For me it was lovely thing that every night down on the street there was amazing singers and music players and I opened balcony doors and listened it when lay down on the sofa or bed. But I recommend take earplugs with you especially if you are not good sleeper. Singers stops (23-)00 usually. So i was honestly really happy to stay there and wish many lovely nights and days for everyone else there. ♡

Warm water from the shower is not good for long showers and you need to wait to get it warm first. So dont rush but be fast then everything goes good.😉 And I really wish that owners can update just a little bit roof terrace decor. There definitely should be sun beds.

The location is ideal! You just step onto the busy street right outside the building. The balcony’s and rooftop were great to watch all the activities in the street below.

It’s a beautiful apartment, take you back in time. My husband and I loved the place, the terraces and balconies. It was very nice to have an elevator. Location was perfect!

The shower had very low water pressure.

Most beautiful apartment right in the centre. Lovely roof terrace also.

It would have been nice to have a couple loungers on the roof to enjoy the sun
