"Nice location and host but didn't meet expectations"

Near Revello, luggage service was great, nice hosts and responsive, provided some snacks, easy check-in and walkable

Sadly, a few things disappointed us about this stay, and it didn't meet our expectations or match the reviews. There were loud noises above us every night, which affected our sleep. The bed, quilt and sofa were uncomfortable, the toilet flush would get stuck, and the home lacked things to make it cosy (shown in pictures but not in the apartment, like cushions, rugs, lamps, etc). Despite staying for several days, there was no cleaning or change of towels without having to pay extra. They provided a few sachets of snacks and 2 coffee pods, but it would have been lovely to have coffee, salt, olive oil and other essentials provided for the stay for the kitchen. We also didn't have any nice views from our apartment, maybe we were just unlucky there!

We loved staying here SO much! I was nervous about booking a place and this place was perfect for our stay attending a wedding at Villa Eva. It is literally a one minute walk from the apartment to Villa Eva.

There are a lot of stairs in Ravello but we were prepared!
