Our apartment experience could not have been better. The hosts were amazing people, so helpful, accomodating and genuinely friendly. Whenever we had a question (about how to get somewhere, the minimarket or bus tickets), we always received helpful answers right away. The apartment itself was spotless, with a completely new bathroom. We, a couple with a toddler, had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed and picked up at the private parking spot. The luggage was brought to the apartment with a cart by Albino, the host, and also brought back again to the car for our departure. Full recommendation from us, 10/10. Thank you for making everything as easy as possible.

The location was excellent, boasting beautiful scenery. The apartment itself was immaculate and highly accommodating. The housekeeper, Rosa, was exceptionally friendly and meticulous, displaying a strong customer service orientation. All in all, it is the perfect place to stay in Ravello.

The host was really helpful with our baggage when we got there. the apartment was very clean and there was a package of little things like water milk with cracker bread and preserves. really nice touch

the property is up some steep winding paths. the host helped with a small cart taking our bags. they let us down at the very last hour before we left saying they wouldn’t help as they had promised. there are a number of properties together. our neighbours were really noisy. I think they would be noisy anyway but in the property on the left after the fold away bed there appears to have been an old door plaster boarded over. the wall was too thin. the noise made it really difficult to relax or sleep

Great property, very helpful hosts. The apartment is very beautiful and clean, and you also get a big garden in front.

Kitchen was good but could have a bit more necessary items like cooking oil and salt.

From meeting with our bag pickup and stay everything was great! We stayed for a wedding at Villa Cimbrone and the location was perfect. The town is quaint and beautiful!

The house has a very nice garden where you can drink coffee in the morning.The bathroom is pretty and new with a modern shower and lot of towels.Also the bid bedroom it’s very comfortable and nice.The host gave us a lot of details and she was available all the time.Albino,the Italian boy,gave us a lot of help by carrying us the luggages from the parking area to the house.

The wifi didn’t work mostly of the time or worked too slow.The sofa from the small bedroom probably is old because it was impossible to sleep in it;house is neat to the center,but there are a lot of stairs up until and this may be hard to some people.

We we met at the parking lot The host escorted us to the property briefly introducing us to the town at the same time. The luggage was transported separately on an electronic car. This was very convenient. We felt welcomed
