La struttura si trova a Monopoli ed è sicuramente apprezzabile per la presenza della vasca idromassaggio, che rende il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e la posizione è comoda per visitare il centro e il mare.

Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare: in diverse zone della camera si percepisce umidità, soprattutto sui muri, e sono presenti alcune parti rovinate o leggermente rotte dell’intonaco che danno un’impressione di scarsa manutenzione. Con una maggiore cura dei dettagli e qualche intervento di sistemazione, la struttura potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

The fact the company cheated me by advertising a self catering facility with a fully equipt kitchette. The was a sink and kettle. NOTHING ELSE!! The company, who had bombarded me with message after message about ensuring a fan was put on when in bathroom, suddenly went radio silent after my politely enquiring why there was no kitchen facilities leaving me with the added expense of over €150 as I had to buy every drink and meal due to their FRAUDULANT advertising. They did not respond ever again, not to me nor to Booking. Com when I reported them. The place is riddled with a musty damp smell (hence the bullying emails regarding the fan). My personal data was stolen, which they initially denied, on later admitting to the security breach. Again, no apology, no explanation. Just radio silence. Also beware of the stone Flintstone bed!!, it tears the skin from the back of your legs. The tunnel is dark, dinghy and claustrophobic. It also smells very strongly of damp! There are no windows, no view nothing. It'sike being in a coal bunker. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Definitely perfect! Location, accommodation, host. If we come back to Monopoly again we know where we will sleep again! Thanks and best wishes

The accommodation has a very special atmosphere 🙂 in the old town. Close to the sea and in the middle of landmarks. Well equipped. Breakfast is served in a nice cafe. Check in is self check in. You get what you can see in the photos.🙂
