The location was excellent for the activities we wanted to do. We were able to park directly across the road in paid parking. There’s a number of excellent and varied eateries in the immediate area and a big supermarket ten minutes walk away. Although on a fairly busy corner it was quiet at night.

The bathroom we used needed some attention in the shower area. It was very tired and getting grotty. The instructions indicated we needed to take our own toilet paper, washing up liquid and other cleaning products but all was supplied!

Apartamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado cerca a la estación del tren y al centro de la ciudad sin necesidad de tomar transporte público, literalmente para ir solo a pie a todos los sitios.

Apartamento espaçoso e com bastante luz em zona agradável.

A estadia ficou aquém das expectativas: camas por fazer e com roupa insuficiente, loiça arrumada nos armários mal lavada e falta de detergente. As regras eram exageradas e incluíam cauções sem sentido. Considero que, sendo tão exigentes com as regras, deveriam também garantir as condições básicas.

Todo excelente, enorme el departamento nos sentimos muy cómodos y está equipado con todo. No nos faltó nada. La atención muy bien y la ubicación excelente. Nada negativo

The apartment was outdated and did not match the photos at all. The furniture was different, there was no decoration, and overall it looked nothing like what was advertised. It also smelled bad and had dirty spots in the shower. The beds were very basic, like the kind you’d find in a student dorm. Overall the apartment showed clear signs of poor maintenance throughout the property. There was no service or cooperation from the owner. Instead of helping or offering any solutions, the owner seemed more focused on checking whether we had really left the property. The price is absolutely not justified. You’re better off finding another place to stay in Verona, one that actually matches the photos and is worth the cost. We knew this wasn’t a five-star hotel, but the poor condition of the apartment, lack of service, misleading photos, and completely unfair price-quality ratio made the stay unacceptable.
