The property is in a very good, quiet location with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, bars and transport. We could walk to the train and bus station and took a train to Lake Garda one day where we went for a swim in the lake and visited monuments and galleries. We also went to the Arena di Verona to a concert - Placido di Domingo which was only a 10 minute walk from the property, it had a beautiful atmosphere and was a great musical event. There is a bakery a short distance from the Airbnb where we purchased milk, eggs, butter, bread etc and we had a light breakfast some mornings but with a great selection of restaurants and prices, we had dinner out most nights. The big winner was the low noise air-conditioning as it was very hot and at times humid in the city. The bed was very comfortable and there is lots of storage & closet space. The shower had great power and was refreshing, with adequate amount of towels, shower lotions etc. The kitchen has a washing machine, coffee machine and microwave.

We had no access to the Wifi until the second day and as we have a business, it was important for us to keep in contact with our emails, bookings and accounting system particularly as we were in a different country. However Fabio did arrange Wifi after we contacted him on the evening of the second day. There was sunshine everyday but temperatures were high - in the early 30's, the city was very busy and it was great to be able to retreat to the comfort and air conditioning of the apartment. It would be nice if there was a radio in the apartment to play some music as the television was most of the time in Italian.

Great location for exploring the city. Comfortable, clean, close to the main attractions.
