Great location and an amazing host. Andrea was very friendly, responsive and available if needed. ao central, yet very quite. Parking is within minutes from the property by the railway station. Will be back!

This property was in an excellent location. Minutes away from the train station, groceries and the main town. The property was spotless and had everything to make our stay extremely comfortable. Andrea, the host ensured that we had everything we needed and went out of his way to ensure it was perfect for us. We had the pleasure of also meeting his wife while out at dinner and she made us feel like family. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone staying in Poligiano and would definitely book agin if we ever return. Andrea was so kind. It was sad to say goodbye to him.

Absolutely nothing. This is a great place to stay

On departure, we told Andrea, the host, that we would gladly rate his place 12 out of 10, and we were not kidding. This place, Dimora La Greca, should be used as a "Gold Standard", by which all other rentals are measured. It started with the greeting, where Andrea (who is warm, welcoming, and very charming) met us at the door, walked us through the apartment, explained every important detail, and handed us the keys. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and very well equipped with absolutely everything you may need. The neighborhood is amazing: it's 5 min walk from the main square, it's also less than 2 min walk from the train station, but it's very quiet, because it's in a small residential courtyard, where tourists flowing down from the train station never turn into. Large and free (unpaved) parking lot is available at the train station, if you have a car. We had a great stay in Dimora La Greca, and would happy stay there again, should we visit Polignano a Mare.

Absolutely nothing needs improvement, rare case for rental properties

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, just a short walk from Polignano’s beautiful city centre, with lots of great restaurants, shops, and even a theatre nearby. Andrea, the host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail—he really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Easily the best value for money we found in Polignano a Mare. Highly recommended!

Most friendly host I’ve ever met. Love this place.

Centrally located to walk and had everything we could need like a washing machine, ice, a/c and larger than most.

Parking wasn’t always available onsite and needed to be careful about parking hours for ticketing but owner helped with recommendations for this.

Great location, very close to the old town. Very nice and helpful host, who describes everything. Apartment has all things which are needed. Huge free car park (gravel) next to the railway station, max. 2 minutes walk from the apartment (doesn't make any sense trying to find any other parking spot which is free in the neighbourhood)

The location was great (a few minutes walk from the main part of town, from the sea, from the train station but you couldn't hear the trains whatsoever in the apartment. Every time we wondered "It would be great if xxxx was here..." we would then find it. There was every appliance you could want whilst on holiday plus more, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Andrea even bought water for us upon our arrival and put it in the fridge! He even took us for a coffee on our last day, and suggested a late check out (without us asking) so that we weren't bringing our bags around with us before we left. No faults or flaws whatsoever!

To be honest it was great, I'm kind of shocked with how great it was. Very happy with the experience and I am definitely booking it again the next time I go to Puglia.

Dimora La Greca was wonderful! The place was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center, making it convenient to explore the area's attractions. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, offering valuable assistance.

We stayed for 4 nights in Dimora le Greca and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The host, Andrea, met us for check-in and gave us a very detailed and helpful explanation of the apartment. It was perfectly clean, tidy, with everything we needed. A big bonus was the washing machine. After a few days of travelling in Italy, beach visits and running in the warm weather, washing our clothes before travelling home without smelly luggage and endless laundry to do back at home was great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had the best time. Polignano town is a very short walk from the apartment, 5 minutes at the most, and one of the most beautiful spots in Italy. There were grocery stores nearby to pick up fresh food for breakfast and loads of bakeries and coffee shops if you prefer to eat breakfast out. Andrea was very responsive, caring, very friendly, and tended to any questions and needs we had. It made a big difference to our holiday, thank you, Andrea! Polignano a Mare is our new favourite place and we are looking forward to returning sometime :) Grazie!
