The property is beautiful. The furnishings were great. The property managers were very responsive. The size of the villa was unexpected and welcomed. We were here during the heat wave of 2023 but the air conditioning worked great. Lastly the outside area was fully prepped to have a cookout on a green egg.

There really wasn’t anything to complain about!

Amazing! We had the best time ever! We could see San Gimignano from the terrace, made our own food and enjoyed the jacuzzi's. Truly, the best option when visiting Tuscany.

Everything!!! if you imagine a beautiful villa in Tuscany with a view…..it is this place! The rooms were immaculate and very nicely furnished. The place had everything you would need to cook too. the view is breathtaking. Andrea was super friendly and so helpful. This was by far the best place we stayed in all of our Italy trip. I will definitely go back!
