Villa Boccaccio

The property is set in a very quiet area, jut how we imagined with fantastic patio areas for relaxing, sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view. The view is spectacular and as it's so quiet you'll struggle to find anything any better.

Unfortunately there is evidence of an ant problem within the property. Not a major issue for us due to the time of year but would imagine mid season, with the heat and potential down pours the ants may come out in force and raid the kitchen. Keep everything hidden away in the fridge if you can to avoid them. The property must be aware of it as their are ant killing accessories dotted around the kitchen area. A minor issue when you have the beauty of the landscape and the pleasure of staying in such a wonderful place.

Stunning views and beautifully decorated. Lovely and clean and a joy to stay in. There were 3 hot tubs to choose from including one inside which was divine.

The shower power was slightly low.

Everything!! Helped with everything we needed including a rental car! Just wonderful people and an amazing home!

I loved everything. It was so perfect. Amazing views , house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more ! Host was very communicative and offered amazing recommendations!

Lovely location away from it all but also not too far from San Gimignano . Very spacious villa with all the necessary amenities and super clean, modern bathroom . Excellent communication via the host. Andrea the property manager was so lovely and able to help us at any opportunity. The views are absolutely incredible ! Loved sitting outside in the courtyard with a coffee in the morning.

In our villa (Etrusco) we could hear noise / flushing etc from next door (can’t be avoided I understand) as the room was next door.

Such stunning views across the valley to San Gimignano. Breathtaking, especially from the lovely hot tub ! All the facilities you could want in the room (we had the bigger apartment), and to enjoy the garden too with plenty of seating and outdoor cooking. Our host Andrea came to check on us and left some lovely provisions for us (thank you Andy ! ). The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany, and we wish we had stayed longer.

Beds were singles and not the most comfortable. For feedback, not so keen on plastic under sheets.

Authentically Italian with an amazing view. Great central location. Would stay again!
