Very good place, close to the sea and in city center, the bus stop or station nearby. The hosts were very welcoming Italian people, it was not noisy despite the New year holidays we spent there. Bed sheets, bath supply was all provided. We totally recommend!

It was a very convenient location for our needs.

Graziella (who I understand was the owner of this apartment) was a lovely elderly lady, who tried to be helpful — however no English was spoken. This property was misrepresented on the site, as it stated the unit had two beds and a separate bedroom. There was a king bed and a divan both in the only bedroom, the divan being suitable only for a child. My female friend and I had to make do with an unsatisfactory situation in this regard, as we do not sleep in the same bed. Apart from 1 bedroom, there was only a kitchen & bathroom — there was no sitting area and only one ridiculous chair, placed in the bedroom, in which to sit — PHOTO BELOW. We made the best of this dilemma, but it was far from ideal. There was a framed “Booking.com Rating of 9 out of 10” dated 2020 displayed — totally obsolete and quite untrue in 2024. Fittings were extremely dated as well as being insufficient e.g. the only way to boil water for a hot drink was in a saucepan on the stove. No toaster available, only a cheap sandwich toaster with peeling teflon. Serious lack of working power points in both bedroom and kitchen, with some potential electrical hazards Small basket of brochures in hallway was filled with out-of-date information. No instructions provided for use of the washing machine and broken pegs. The power point for the washing machine had to be shared with any other small appliance needed. We made no complaint to the owner direct, but there was a concern with a relative of hers residing on the level below, as when using the stairwell, we were often confronted by a large Doberman guard dog in residence, which was most intimidating.

Great location within walking distance from Train station. It is situated closed to port in pedestrian area full of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Awesome host from check in to checkout. The staff was so friendly. Great job!! Pleasant stay with my family... Very near to ferry and bus stop. Perfect location...

Some noise around the streets but manageable by closing the windows.

Lovely owner, helpful at all time. Even we did not speak same language :) Location is perfect in terms of being in the center of things. 5 min walk to the harbour, the building in the middle of old town, cafes shops are within minutes. You can have breakfast and dinner with the locals.

No Air conditioning made the nights bit long. Windows were isolating the street sound well, also the nightlife is ending around 3AM, but it was expected Yet in 30+ degrees all day the heat remained inside, option 1 was fresh air with noise, option 2 was quiet with heat, So an A/C would be useful.

The location was great just on main street very close to seaside and the train station. From both you can get a boat or train to cinque terre. The appartment had everything we needed to spend few days.

No aircon and the street outside was preatty loud. When you close the windows is fine as soundproof but can be hot then. Not a problem in June but might be in summer
