We travel frequently, and this was by far our worst experience. The only redeeming feature is the view outside the house; everything else was terrible. The house is in extremely poor condition. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone, whether you're staying with family or a group of friends.

First and foremost, the house was incredibly dirty. The floors, bedsheets, and bathroom were filthy, and the entire place smelled like an old, dusty property. The bedsheets were disgusting and smelled bad. When we reached out to the host asking for clean sheets to sleep on, we received no response. I had to sleep in my hoodie and jeans because I couldn’t bring myself to take off my clothes or shower in such poor conditions. The most disappointing part was that there was a WhatsApp group with the host, but they completely ignored our messages. After we left, a new tenant messaged me on WhatsApp (the group I joined to reach the host during our stay), asking how to turn on the heating because they were freezing in the house. They also complained about the dirtiness, saying they were relieved it was just a one-night stay. Honestly, I believe Booking.com should remove properties like this from their platform. It raises concerns about the overall reliability of Booking.com, as it leaves you feeling unsafe when there’s no solution in cases like this.

Casa spaziosa in zona tranquilla, comoda perchè dista 10 minuti di macchina dal centro.

La casa era complessivamente piuttosto sporca e meno gradevole rispetto a come appare nelle foto, con diversi cambiamenti nell'arredamento rispetto a quanto mostrato. Abbiamo avuto diverse esperienze spiacevoli durante il nostro soggiorno trovando più volte lumaconi all'interno, fino ad imbatterci addirittura in uno scorpione.

Poor location. Unable to get cab at that area and no food nearby. Definitely need to rent your own car if staying at this property.

Große Wohnung. Ruhige Lage. Schöne interessante Einrichtung.

Der Geruch vom Abfluss ist unglaublich eckig. In der gesamten Wohnung riecht es sehr stark nach Abfluss und Toilette. Heizung funktioniert nur auf 17 grad. In der Wohnung ist es kalt. Mehrfach versucht die Steuerung zu aktivieren aber ohne Erfolg. Skorpione im Haus und weitere ecklige Insekten. Keine Kaffeemaschine da! Geschirr und Töpfe für ca 20 Leute, aber keine Kaffeemaschine! Die Aussicht ist schön, aber die Anfahrt ist furchtbar, nichts für große Autos. Die Betten typisch italienisch, null Komfort. Total altes Mobiliar. Zu weit zum See. Ich würde es nie mehr buchen.

Location was lovely in that it was surrounded by locals and had a lot of space around the property with a gorgeous garden.

Beautiful location and gorgeous garden and generally spaciousness of the house (travel a very winding an narrow road up the hills to get to the house - recommend a small rental car if you’re renting!). Lovely to be able to park the car inside the garden. The house didn‘t feel clean to be honest. Even upon arrival there was a slight smell from the toilets and in general, things felt just surface clean and not properly clean. We took several things out of the presses in the kitchen that needed to be washed again before using. The main bedroom smelled like damp/there was a whiff of urine at times from the pillows or bed. There was a consistent noise over the kitchen most nights that definitely seemed like rodents (we have had an issue with them in our house in Ireland and the noise was very similar!). I texted the property on WhatsApp a few times asking for help to figure things out, but never got any reply (I would let them know when we figured the things out ourselves, but still never got a reply). Overall enjoyed our stay but likely wouldn‘t return.

la literie, nous avons tous eu tres mal au dos, de plus un des lits superpose (celui du bas) n'avait meme pas de sommier, le matelas etait juste pose au sol..
