Romeo Luxury Apartment

The apartment is in old building giving more personal feeling of living among sicilians. It was clean, perfect location near Cat.Centrale and Centro storico. On a walking distance there can be found Lidl and other small shops. Everything you need for cooking is there in the kitchen part. Nice pasticceria is close...actualy two, with nice coffee and sweets. I also like that there are two small balconies.

Cozy apartment with everything needed for a few days stay. Clean, large and full of light, quiet, shops and supermarkets very close, Main train and bus stations a few minutes walk away. Although the area where the apartment is located is not a high class area, it didn't disturb us at all.

The keys need to be collected at the reception of an Hotel, 4 minutes walk from the apartment itself and a better arrangement should be in place. There was no place in the bathroom for personal hygienic stuff and a drawer under the sink would be welcome. But the most annoying point is, that we were not at all aware, that the price on booking.com didn't include an additional 40 EURO City Tax, which we were requested to pay at the reception, before receiving the apartment's keys. This "detail" was deeply buried in the terms of the renting details, which we saw first after the payment for the apartment on Booking.com site. The Clerc at the reception had difficulty to find this "detail" in the written terms of renting. This practice is dishonest and creates a feeling of rip off.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated, very clean, amazing beds and the host was very accommodating. Great location too. Loved staying there wish we could have stayed longer.

Chaotic check in at remote location (how-to-find sent an hour after check in), space reeked of cigar, grotty area with garbage/graffiti. Apartment second floor, outside entrance via 75' of catwalk. Score zero for communication. Way far from Duomo and center. Suggest remove Deluxe from listing.
