I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili Irene ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto il necessario, la posizione è comoda per raggiungere i vari luoghi d’interesse della zona.

Purtroppo per come era ubicato l'alloggio, vi era una sola finestra in camera mentre il soggiorno era dotato di lucernario apribile elettricamente che consentiva una buona illuminazione ma non una adeguata circolazione d'aria. Ad attenuare la problematica, vi era comunque il climatizzatore.

It was very clean and Irene has left some drinks in the fridge for us which in the hot day we arrived was very nice. The rooms and bathroom are spacios. There is washing machine. You could park in front of the house. Nicely decorated.

It is very hot appartment, the only way to be comfortable is to have the airconditioning on all the time. We were here in the mid of June. There is no coffee machine. There was also problem with the water-one of the days there was no hot water and the other there was not enough pressure.

Quick and easy communication and really nice apartment, with everything you need. Great location. 5 minutes to bus station, 15 minutes to beach and even less to city center. Avola is a beautiful town. We felt there like locals.

Spacious apartment with everything you need in a quiet street close to the train station. Irene was very welcoming and helpful with baggage drop off, as we arrived early by train. Bus and train great for visiting other places, like Noto, and the town beaches are within walking distance. Highly recommended.
