Super nice owners, they even picked us up at the ferry! Carlo told us a bit about Bellagio and where to go and to eat. The appartement is cute, with decoration different cable available to charge your devices, super clean! The bedsheet smelled fresh laundry. You have Italian music available, information for things to do around and some bikes to visit the area. I think it is one of my best rbnb. Giulia is starting her photography business if you would like a session as a souvenir of your visit in Bellagio. They were available if questions and it is obvious this couple is invested into making things perfect for your stay (not just renting for money and that's it). Extremely pleasant!

Carlo is very nice guy. His attitude is fantastic. Give u a lot information. U can consider him as a friend. I did not meet him but we were communicating efficiently by whatsapp. The place is near to a church. There is a near coffee shop. There is a wide parking area. The unit is cozy.

U need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach Bellagio beach. The heater disconnected at night manytimes.

The place is in reasonable price and good value for money comparing to other places in the area. Also the apartment is pretty big and has a great kitchen.

The sofa bed is not the best. Also the room could be a little more clean.

We loved the homely feel of the studio, everything was very comfortable and had everything we needed - with plenty of fresh coffee, which was very welcomed! The location was great for us, with just a short 20 walk into Bellagio, and just 5 minutes into San Giovanni which was much quieter and peaceful. Our host Carlo was the best with lots of helpful suggestions for things to do, places to visit and restaurants to eat at - we followed many of these suggestions and had a great holiday, thank you Carlo! I'd definitely recommend 'nene's' for breakfast and the Mella restaurant for dinner, both are just 5 mins walk away and very excellent :)

Not enough outlets.

Its very good location: near the beach( what is very seldome there), near bust stop, good restorants, till Billagio center 20min to walk..In the kitchen everything what you need, beds are comfortable. Owners are very kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very nice, hidden in a historical residence, just minutes walk to the lakeshore, 20 minutes walk to Bellagio town centre, free parking space is provided, the facilities are sufficient for a good stay.

There is no bed or bedroom, only 2 sofa bed can be used, which is not very comfortable during sleep, the facilities and furniture are not very clean in the room, the WIFI is slow and unstable, not worthy of the pricing.
