Clean and nicely equipped apartment! The bathroom is modern and super clean

Location was a lil bit rough

It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Salvatore was always there when we needed him. He also stayed late in the night for our arrival and made sure we had everything. He also let us keep our luggage and freshen up later on in the day for our check out.

Nothing

Super clean and new. The area was close the city center but not too touristy. The host is incredibly nice and has thought of everything you might need, from earplugs to liquid for your contact lenses. He gave me a lot of tips on where to go and I could store my luggage there on the day I left.

They were really kind, even though our plane arrived very late in the evening they were giving us indications and waiting for us in the appartment, and were also really helpful the following day. The appartment was very clean, confortable, and conveniently located. I cannot recommend it more!

No negative point

The location was blocks from the historic center and the railroad and bus stations so it was very convenient. I went on day trips easily. You are also a 5-10 minute walk from Ballaro Mercado which was fun to walk through almost everyday. You are a 15 minute walk to many of the historic churches and places too. I stayed in the apartment while working remotely for 1 month and taking Italian lessons too. The WIFI was fast and reliable which was very important to me. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you would need which was helpful as I made dinner in the apartment most evenings. I was also able to use the washing machine. The apartment was always clean as I watched the guests in the other bedroom come and go during my stay. Salvo made me feel at home and I didn't want to leave. He also recommended many local restaurants, bakeries, etc. and answered all text fast. He was also very prepared for my month's stay making many sets of sheets and towels available as well as stocking up on toliet paper and bottled water for me. I may come back next year to study Italian some more. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator in the building if you don't want to climb the 120 steps. Thank you Salvo for memorable month.

Nothing with the apartment but my only complaint was that Palermo in late March and early April wasn't a warm as I had hoped for and I didn't pack appropriately.
