La ubicación y el precio que es muy económico, también la habitación de matrimonio que es muy amplia.

La limpieza debería mejorar bastante. .

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro storico e ad un ottimo caseificio Da Pipino.

Non abbiamo gradito l'insistenza della proprietaria per il ritiro della tassa di soggiorno La via Gaulberto de Marzo su cui si trova la camera da letto è molto rumorosa, soprattutto la mattina presto e nelle sere, per il traffico. I vetri della finestra sono a piano strada, senza doppio vetro.

"SHAMEFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE, OWNER IS NOT ACTING IN GOOD FAITH *** DONT GO ***"

A real disaster, huge disappointment and waste of money. Don't ruin your vacations in Puglia, there are plenty of great places and awesome people, this is just not the one!

The apartment was extremely dirty: urine all over the toilets (you will see on my picture what I removed with disinfecting wipes!), molded shower with hair, dirty floors with dust/hair, dirty moldy fridge, molded washing-machine, grease and dust all over the kitchen, sticky old food stains in the cupboard where the glassware was stored... I called the owner, texted her pictures and videos. She ignored me totally, ghosted me and was reading my WhatsApp messages without answering!!!! I contacted Booking customer service that night unsuccessfully as it was late. I had no choice but to stay and we started cleaning the place to be able to at least find some rest. Next morning, I got on the phone and exchanged text messages with Booking customer service. Seeing the pictures they told me I qualified for a refund of the remaining nights of my stay as I clearly stated that there was no way I was staying there with a kid and my parents. The owner texted me that I was lying, that it was cleaned as she was the one checking it and that there was no way she would refund me. She asked me to leave the keys inside and slam the door. Booking contacted her, she gave the same explanations and just like that Booking closed the case!!!! In the meantime, I had booked in good faith and trusting Booking agent another accommodation close by. I contacted Booking customer service and got no answers to my texts and emails. A REAL SHAME!!! I have been a loyal customer to Booking.com for years, I am a Genius Level 2, I still have upcoming trips book with them as I travel quite often. I am speechless when I think about that stay. DO NOT BOOK, SAVE YOURSELF DRAMA AND MONEY. I lost about 300 euros in the process.
