C-Apartments

Très bon emplacement pour découvrir Padoue et ses principaux monuments. Appartement bien équipé, propre. Le propriétaire IVAN est très disponible.

Une des chambres (qui prolonge le salon) peut-être pratique pour des enfants, mais ne nous a pas parue convenir pour des adultes. Cet appartement est parfait pour 2 couples et éventuellement 2 enfants (seulement 2 salles de bains).

Super Lage und super Betreuung

A spacious and perfectly furnished and equipped apartment in the very heart of Padua. All the amenities are new and impeccable and the apartment is fully renovated and perfectly lay-out, safe, quiet and very hospitable, really a "home away from home". Our host Ivan, has been truly hospitable and cared about our stay: we couldn't expect a better welcome. We will definitely get back here.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location, making it convenient to get anywhere. It has an elevator, which was especially helpful for us as we were traveling with elderly family members. The digital lock made entering the apartment easy and also eliminated any worries about losing keys. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils and tableware. The heating system maintained a constant temperature, allowing us to stay cozy and warm even during Padua’s rainy and cloudy December weather. The only minor thing to note is that guests need to take out the trash on checkout, which we found unusual compared to other rentals but didn’t mind at all.

It would be even better if small toiletries, like shampoo and shower gel, were provided.

L'alloggio é molto curato, ben arredato, pulito, accogliente, molto centrale; l'host é stato chiarissimo nelle istruzioni, ha risposto tempestivamente e con molta cortesia a ogni nostra richiesta

Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, forse sarebbe stato piacevole trovare in casa una bottiglia d'acqua e un paio di cialde di caffè al momento al nostro arrivo. Ma si tratta di un dettaglio in una ospitalità perfetta

La casa è ristrutturata, spaziosa e in posizione centrale.

Non mi sarei aspettato che le valvole dei caloriferi fossero impostate su zero il 14 dicembre a Padova. Risultato: la casa non si è riscaldata a sufficienza e abbiamo trascorso una notte al freddo. L’host non ha risposto alla mia ultima richiesta via whatsapp. Non mi sarei aspettato la bottiglia di benvenuto, che tanti mettono a disposizione ma appellare “luxury suite” un appartamento arredato Mondo Convenienza privo di qualsiasi amusement (vedi cialde del caffè, una bottiglia d’acqua, etc.) mi sembra totalmente fuori luogo.

Location is excellent, able to walk to train and markets. Restaurants very close. Very comfortable rooms.
