C-Apartments

A great location right near the centre of the city. We were a family of five and the was heaps of room. It was really clean and beautifully appointed.

Beautiful apartment that was quiet but close to restaurants and main attractions as well as the train station and bus/tram lines. Highly recommended as it was very clean with new furnishings. The only drawback was that there was no soap, freezer, coffee - so just be sure to bring you own.

We loved the location, the property is in the student area and near shops and restaurants. You can walk to almost all the sights that you might want to visit in Padua. The beds were superbly comfortable and the shower was big. The kitchen is very clean and new. Ivan whom we only met when we left, was responsive when we asked for information by WhatsApp. We found him most pleasant and helpful when we met him, just before leaving. He allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until 1pm on the departure day. The apartment is light and spacious.

The apartment might appeal to young men, but we found it sterile with no paintings, no colour and no mirrors in the bedrooms, Everything is grey except the plastic flowers! We found it quite annoying to enter a code for the main door, then another code for the apartment, but one gets used to it. There are no hooks anywhere, so we hung towels on light fittings, over the bidet, on the back of chairs.. and had to fold up our clothes onto shelves. The is only comfortable seating for 3 people although there are 4 dining chairs. There are no wine glasses, and not even salt or sugar, so you will need to arrive with all your basic cooking needs. The is no soap in the bathroom, and in the shower, you have to put your soap and shampoo on the floor, as there is no shelf. Keep the windows closed at night as the road is very noisy. Be careful to look at the details of the apartment when you book, as there are several on the website and the photos can be misleading. We had thought that we would have two bathrooms, but there was only one. We only met the owner at the time of departure. Also, make sure that you read the extensive instructions that will be sent to you before you arrive, then you will be prepared for how to use this accommodation, as there is no information provided in the apartment.

Had to request blankets/ duvet which arrived without covers - even though it was cold at night No soap or toiletries and no where to put soap in shower- small things but makes a difference to our welcome

Big and spacious, very well placed.

The floors seemed dusty, and 2nd floor without an elevator should be mentioned. Very low water pressure in the shower...

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, very new and very clean. The air conditioning was excellent, which was a blessing as it was very hot outside. The owner, Ivan, gave us lots of great helpful advice prior to arrival
