"A modest clean place in a good location"

It has a good location and the staff were kind and accommodating.

The kitchen did not have any sort of proper knife to cook with. There was no wifi.

The location couldn’t have been better. Walk a way from the center, edge of overlooking the beautiful Tuscany Valley, tons of restaurants and gelato spots! Little parks right nearby to doggy watch! Really cute place inside as well!

If you drive realize there is zero parking and if it’s during peak season you’ll be spending a lot of time looking.

"I enjoyed my stay despite the walking and distant parking"

Very roomy; had a washing machine. Nice kitchen; tv room was very nice. Great views of the Tuscan hillsides! Cleaning lady came about a week after my arrival ( she was very friendly). The owner sent a detailed video of how to arrive at the property, which was very helpful. All properties should do that. There was also a restaurant next door with good food, friendly staff- owned by the property

Parking lots were not very convenient. There was a steep hill to climb, in getting to the property
