Wow, staying in a proper Italian apartment in a medieval house in a real medieval town is an experience in itself! It's like trying to get closer to the Italian way of life – the very thing you've travelled all this way for. Absolutely lovely!

This isn't a complaint or anything negative, but rather an important fact that travellers should be aware of. Strangely, the city has very, very poor mobile signal. Basically, you have to hunt for a spot where you can get a signal. Consequently, mobile internet is practically non-existent, or it's very, very slow. There's WiFi available in the room, but the data flow is really around 5 kB/sec, which is just enough for text communication. To plan the details of our trip, we had to go outside the city, where we could pick up 5G mobile internet.

Ita not made for people who don‘t enjoy dark rooms. For us it was fine, because we were out the whole day.

Great location and very nice and cozy place. Equipped with all the amenities. Located in the old village with public parking available pretty close. Castelmuzio is a really nice and picturesque small Italian village.

The apartment is right across a church which rings its bell every 30 minutes except between 22:00 and 09:00 if I am not mistaken. It rings the hours every hour and a single time on half hour. Right next to the church is the very nice restaurant where you get your complementary breakfast (a croissant and a coffee/tea/juice). Unfortunately the customers of the restaurant can be a bit noisy some evenings and the windows are not soundproof at all.

Excellent romantic location. The flat is "old-fashioned" amd has its own "spirit loci". Despite it, it's fully equipped by everythin neccessary even for longer stay.

Roberta was extremely friendly and accommodating, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. At check in, she drove over an hour to come greet me and make fresh pasta for lunch, which was a very pleasant surprise. A minor issue came up during the stay, which was resolved immediately. The apartment turned out to be as described in the listing and photos. I had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The apartment had a very "at home" and "lived in" vibe that I liked over the "sterile" feel of many hotels. Would heartily recommend.

La casa was very nice and cozy. Apartment is located in very beautiful village in the heart of Tuscany. Roberta was kind and helpful. In short, everything was ok.
