ATTICO SUL MARE

Semplicemente meraviglioso! Grazie a Matteo che oltre ai locali cura anche il cliente.

Attico praticamente fronte mare circondato da un bellissimo terrazzo in parte chiuso da vetrate che tenute aperte formano un'aria condizionata naturale,completo di 2 tavoli e un tavolino dove poter mangiare più una parte a uso solarium completa di 2 docce,lavandino e gomma che per noi che avevamo il cane comodissima per lavarlo al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Arredato con gusto e particolari marini,completo di ogni elettrodomestico per cucinare e pulire. Matteo sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Parcheggio sotto casa. Consigliatissimo.

Gli unici 2 difetti che sono comunque descritti sono la ferrovia a 50 mt e i 3 piani senza ascensore ma la bellezza dell'appartamento te li fa dimenticare.

Our host helped us a lot to make the most of our short stay. The apartment was bright 🔆 and comfortable with amazing views. We got up early to watch the sunrise. We liked the view so much that we cooked dinner in most of our stay. The apartment was well equipped.

The location is great for a few days of relaxation. The view is fascinating. The glass room turned out to be extremely comfortable, especially for this time of year - we mostly spent time in it from sunrise to sunset, if we were in the apartment. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever encountered in my travel-rich life. A minute's walk from the embankment with a very long bike path. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Having a dishwasher was a huge plus. Having privat parking at other times of the year can also be an advantage.

It was unpleasant that the dishes looked dirty when we checked in, as if they had been washed without detergent or the water was very hard... I don't know exactly what this is about, but the water was really not the best, although it had no color or smell. It dried the skin, and the kettle (it was clean when we checked in) was covered with plaque when we checked out. In addition, it was a surprise for us personally (although this was described in the living conditions) - heating is paid separately. Personally, they didn't charge us anything as a result - since we completely turned off the heating - it was quite warm during the day from the sun, and at night it was comfortable under a blanket. But the most unpleasant thing was the railway, which runs only 30-50 meters behind the house. Modern high-speed trains are not the quietest form of transport.

Matteo greeted us on the main road as the accommodation was down a quiet lane way. He explained all the workings of the spacious top floor apartment and provided a nice welcoming surprise, which was much appreciated. Great views, comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen made our stay worthwhile. Access to the beach and restaurants was an easy walk. Thanks, Matteo.

Great location, close to a very nice and long cycle track. There's great gelato not too far away (Amati), as well as a calisthenics park. The apartment had amazing sunrise views and we could hear the sea. The views were great and it was very comfortable and relaxing!

The train nearby is loud but we got used to it.
