Pěkné a čisté ubytování. Příjemný hostitel. Bezproblémové parkování přímo u ubytování. Dobře vybavená kuchyňka. V docházkové vzdálenosti supermarket Conad. K centru Perugie se dá dostat autobusovou linkou L, případně popojet asi 10 minut autem.

v Ponte Rio jsme nenašli kam zajít na snídani nebo na večeři, musí se popojet blíž centru Perugie.
