Carina, coccola, raccolta. Erano presenti cose base come detersivo per i piatti e lavastoviglie, carta igienica, sale.

Il bagno un po’ vintage, ma tutto funzionante.

La vicinanza al centro, alle fermate di trasporto pubblico e agli impianti di risalita. Molto apprezzata la presenza di una piccola lavastoviglie.

Il monolocale si è presenta accogliente tuttavia manchevole di alcuni dettagli inerenti alla pulizia: abbiamo trovato negli sportelli una caffettiera non pulita e un sacchetto di plastica appallottolato, indice di un mancato controllo e ri-pulizia degli armadietti della cucina. Il letto non presentava il copri-materasso, ideale per garantire una maggiore igiene. Sotto la panca abbiamo invece riscontrato molta polvere e filtri di sigaretta. L’appartamento presentava in generale molti arredi o accessori danneggiati che se sostituiti eleverebbero l’aspetto generale: uno specchio ausiliario rotto (posto accanto a quello più grande) e una panca la cui imbottitura si stacca dal supporto di legno esponendo chiodi, non sono il massimo della sicurezza. Le finestre non presentano scuri o serrande e le tende presenti non sono oscuranti, essendo in centro città la notte la stanza risulta comunque parecchio illuminata potendo causare qualche problema di sonno ai più sensibili. I Guest Pass ci sono stati forniti in ritardo, nonostante il checkin effettuato precedentemente online, questo ci ha impedito di organizzare determinate escursioni tra cui le Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

The location is great, just next to Miara ski lift. The apartment was clean and exactly as described.

Comfortable and big enough apartment, we had everything we needed and the location was very good for our daily ski and good for other needs. It's clean and kept well for our needs and although we never met them the management was accessible by chat or phone when needed.

We didn't expect to find the parkings full, but the nearby paying parking was close and cheap enough. The WiFi has been a struggle, especially in the evenings: if your planning to remote working while there that will likely be an issue.

Location and space in the apartment. Very nice new bathroom.

One bed was broken, but we would have used pull out sofa anyway. Broken dishwasher.

Four things that made this stay exceptional: 1.the responsiveness of the host and readiness to answer all questions 2. Closeness to 2 ski lifts 3. Heated ski storage room 4. Beds were comfy enough

We had to request to turn down general thermostat, as there were none in the room, otherwise we needed to keep the windows open - way too hot. If anybody in other apartments uses restroom - it is easily heard in our apartment. The size of apartment not really suitable for 3 persons - yes, the beds are there, but it's not enough space for all 3. A toaster or a microwave in the kitchen would be nice. No shower gel was provided (apart from 3 little sachets). The fridge was way too small for 3 people to cook on daily basis.

The house is very well located, just a walk to downtown or ski lifts. Has great parking space and has an extra room for laundry and ski deposit. Nice even the outdoor area.

The place is small, pretty much ok for 2 people, but three with a kid is way too small. The place is great for summer vacations or for 2 people during winter since it is very close to the lifts for Plan de corones. A little small, but ok to just relax and sleep.
