Raňajky boli fajn a ubytovanie bolo par krokov od centra. Lokalita super. Velmi ustretovy pristup prenajímatelov - Ida a Gaspare. Poskytli nam vela informacii co treba v okoli navstivit + prakticke doporucenie obchodikov, restauracii, taxi a pamiatok.

This artistic and spacious apartment is practically in the very center of Catania, just 2 min walking from Duomo. Living here you can explore the early morning and the late evening atmosphere of the city. The landlords are extremely friendly and the take care that all is well for the guests (many thx for that Ida and Gaspare). From them you will get a lot of important information of the surrounding. Having this kind of breakfast is very cute actually, you have to serve it yourself but the fridge is full, caffe is there etc. The car you can leave in the nearby parking place, just 5 min walking away. There are two sleeping rooms with 4 beds and a spacious living room with extra sofas, so more then 4 people is possible to overnight here (for family with 3 kids is no problem at all).

Actually there is not a lot that we less liked. Minor is that during our visit some humidity was in the ceiling of the apartment, but this is I hope only temporarily and will be soon renovated. For the breakfast we would have preferred few fresh ingredients, fruits or so, but the market place is just around the corner so it was easy to get it in the morning ourselves.

Amazing hosts who were kind, helpful, knowledgable and generous! The space is large, very well equipped and comfortable. It’s a perfect inner city location - walking distance to everything.

Gaspare & Ida are wonderful hosts, arranged the airport transfer for us and provided helpful recommendations and suggestions on places to dine and to visit in and around Catania. They were very warm and welcoming, such a pleasant difference from other stays we have experienced where everything is done virtually and we never meet the hosts at all...! As for the apartment, it exceeded our expectations! While it might not look much from the outside, but once indoors, it was wonderful. The apartment is one level above the ground floor and has an elevator, which helps if you have heavy luggage. Inside, it is exactly as shown in the pictures on the Booking.com page, but you need to be there to get a sense of the size...its huge! The food provided for breakfast was more than enough for our 4 night stay, with bread, cookies, cake, milk and ham, butter, cheese & yogurt in the fridge. A coffee machine with coffee pods is also provided. Location wise, couldn't be better...a short walk from Duomo Square and via Etnea with the fish market around the corner. Overall one of the best stays we've booked on Booking.com...! P.S...the restaurant next to the apartment, "Maccarruni" is very good, try it!

Super appartement, très bien placé en plein centre de Catane, parking à 5 minutes à pied. Ida et Gaspare sont adorables. Nous avons été accueillis de manière exceptionnelle, avec un gâteau et tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner pour toute la semaine. L'appartement test grand, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil !!!
