Clean. Bright. Spacious. Excellent location. Very responsive host. Quiet.

Location, space and nice aesthetics. Communication from the host was simply GREAT and he was extremely receptive to any issues we had. He also helped with our luggage when we got there,he suggested places to go and explained how things work in Como.

The neighborhood noises can get loud and the church bell as well so be mindful of this. Air conditioner and heater system is not managed by individual apartment units. The heather was on due to other guests complaining it was cold and yes it was cool outside. But, the apartment felt really hot multiple times when we were in it. I understand opening windows was able to cool the place nicely, but this brought more noise from outside, bugs and well the sun came shine and bright in the morning. Regardless, the host was receptive and eventually on our last night, the air conditioner was put finally on. I recommend having fans in case this happens again, the solution of opening windows has more cons that pros. The sofa bed is a bit rough to sleep in,buy it is to be expected. Simply be mindful of it if you are big on comfort. Me? I just need a space to sleep and I am fine.
