We could have perhaps had more towels. The boiler being in the room was noisy if on whilst trying to sleep

To begin with… the location was fantastic. Perhaps only 20 seconds walk from the main piazza and, certainly when we were there, it was really quiet with no noise coming from the square ( other than the bells, which are actually lovely to hear!). It was great to meet Paola at the apartment in person rather than many places where you enter via a key lock box. The apt was exactly as described; warm and cozy, full of character and a super comfortable bed. A few people have mentioned a well stocked fridge with breakfast items. I’m not sure if that was an extra you had to pay for but we didn’t have that. This is not a complaint at all, as we easily shopped for some breakfast items from the Carrefor which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Thank you Paola for a memorable and very enjoyable 4 night stay.

First class service and absolutely beautiful apartment.

Super Lage im Herzen der Altstadt von Bergamo. Das Auto kann man in einem Parkhaus gegen einen Aufpreis in der Nähe parken. Der Fußweg vom Parkhaus bis zur Unterkunft ist ca. 5 Minuten. Gute und gemütliche Ausstattung. Auch fürs Frühstück ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation verlief einfach und schnell.

The location was excellent, bed really comfortable. The apartment was a great size for me and my wife to stay for 2 nights, kitchen and bathroom spotlessly clean and fully stocked. The owner let us know the best local restaurants to visit (she was right!) and places to see. Plus she helped with the bus stop location for when we had to leave for the airport.

Everything was fantastic. Nothing to dislike at all.
