"Excelente opção em La Spezia!"

Apartamento muito novo, moderno, muito iluminado, bem decorado, bem equipado. O chuveiro e o banho são ótimos, havia kit com itens de banho, toalhas e roupas de cama novas, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, secador de cabelo. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela gestora do imóvel. Foi fácil de entrar no apartamento. Havia chás, cápsulas de café, temperos, azeite, guardanapos, o que facilita muito. Muito perto da estação central de trem e de paradas de ônibus, facilitando a ida ao centro, a toda a região de Cinque Terre, Lerici etc.

Achamos tudo ótimo.

Great size, clean, comfortable and modern. Well presented. It is very close to the train station, providing an ideal base for exploring nearby locations. The owner was very communicative both ahead of and during the stay, in a very pleasant and positive manner. The owner could not do enough for us to ensure a pleasant stay.

The proximity to the marina may be an issue for lesser abled persons. However still very much within a reasonable distance for a sprightly walk to burn off lunch. The shopping district and all main town restaurants within 10mins.

La anfitriona es un encanto. La cercanía a la estación está genial si tu objetivo es visitar Cinque Terre.

Por poner alguna pega, no tiene ascensor y es un segundo. Y el barrio puede dar un poco de inseguridad por la noche, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema ni mucho menos.
