"good but below expectations"

location, renovated recently

stairs ( no elevator) should be mentioned building entrance ugly and dirty varanda in our room from the other appartment several small details such as no wine glasses, soap support inside shower, coat hangers and so on

"Perfect apartment to explore the Cinque Terre"

Very comfortable apartment with modern decor. The location was perfect, near the train station, supermarket and restaurants. Keta is a very nice host, always available to help.

The apartment is newly renovated, large and clean. It is quiet and bright. The WiFi and water pressure are strong. The apartment is a short walk (5 minutes max) from the train station in a safe residential area. La Spezia is a great base to explore the Cinque Terre and surrounding region. The apartment is perfect for relaxing after a days walking. There is a supermarket around the corner and lots of restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies in the vicinity. I would happily stay again.

"Good host but didn’t really enjoy my stay ."

I liked the fact that it was close to the station and that it was fully equipped .

The host didn’t specify that it didn’t have a balcony on our room .
