The bedroom area has very low height , I realise it was low from the picture but it was lower than expected .

A bit Small

Excellent location for ski in ski out. Local baker/cafe was shut so drive/walk to get fresh bread each morning. Kitchen very well equipped. Marcello/Hanna (speaks English very well) communicated well.

Single beds upstairs got very warm even with window open.

Had to pay 15€ for bed linen and towels. Totally unacceptable. Never seen that

The property is so cute, it’s in an apartment block but when you step through the door you think you’re in a little alpine chalet. No balcony or view but we weren’t bothered, that’s not what we wanted - it’s on the ground floor right next to the ski and boot storage room so this was more important for us. You can sleep in the mezzanine (mattresses on the floor as there is no headroom, maybe not for all but for us this added to the cuteness), or in the living area where there is a sofa bed. The location is great, ski in - ski out and there’s a lovely little bar and pizzeria you can sit outside or inside at the end of the day. The Base Camp accommodation next door also has a bar, restaurant and shop - so really convenient. We had a car so both walked and drove into the village. Brilliant communication from the owner Marcello and there is on-site support for any issues. We paid a small additional fee for bedding and towels as we flew so couldn’t take our own. The perfect little get away, we would definitely re-book. We didn’t take any photos in the property but it was exactly as per the pics on booking.com

The staff in the ski hire shop, Valleskiservice.it, across the road from Cello Alto which was super. They were all very friendly and took time and care to ensure everyone was fitted correctly. They were efficient, professional and patient. Darrio deserves a special mention! He was amazing with our children. He changed both our kids boots until they were just right.

The food in Bar Ristorante Even was really good. The staff were nice. The female manager was very warm and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The male manager was less so.
