La mancanza di un ascensore è un limiti. La zona non offre molto.

Vollständig eingerichtet. Bus fährt vor dem Haus ab. Nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wohnung sehr schmutzig (Staub in gesamter Wohnung, Verschmutzungen in Küche seit Monaten nicht entfernt, Badezimmer stark verunreinigt mit Urinspritzern an der Toilette), Wohnung stark abgewohnt und von Vormietern in schlechtem Zustand hinterlassen (Löcher im Putz, abgeschlagene Türrahmen, verzogene nicht mehr schließende Zimmertüren, durchgelegene, schlecht riechende Matratzen, Kissen mit verklumpter Füllung), Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstraße (ab 5:30 Uhr Berufsverkehr), ausgeprägte Lärmbelästigung durch Nachbarn (Baumaßnahmen, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen), Treppenhaus mit Schimmelbefall, ausgeprägtem Schaden am Putz, urinverschmutzt (scheint durch im Haus lebende Hunde verursacht), scheint ein Brennpunktviertel Genuas zu sein, weit weg vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Bus gut angebunden

"Calm, pleasent and perfect location for my stay in Genova! Absolutely recommended!"

Great location. Perfect for couple and families. Buses are right outside the door. Metro is 10 minutes away. Very simple to reach all destinations in Genova. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities one needs to have a pleasant stay. I will definitely return in Genova in the near future and Andrea’s apartment will be the first choice for sure!

Everything was perfect. Not a single thing was out of order!

Bonito departamento con distribución muy cómoda, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para estancias de varios días. Rodeado de todo tipo de tiendas y cerca de paradas de bus y tren. Andrea es un excelente anfitrión! Siempre atento y muy amable.

Está en un quinto piso y no hay ascensor. Si viajas con mucho equipaje, puede ser bastante pesado. Pero del resto, excelente.
