the room was hot very nice heater the staff was good at reply and nice the room is small and comfortable its worth every cent

This property is advertised to mislead and Rob you.The pictures shown do not match the property at all. Under no circumstances would I advise anyone to stay here . I have never had such an awful experience. I have never gone to the trouble of writing a bad review but I'm making an exception for this slum It is completely substandard and no company with any credibility should be allowing this rogue landlord to trade. I'm shocked to see that booking.com facilitate such low standards . It is in a filthy slumb like apartment block that stinks of urine. There is a gaping hole in the front door 12inches by 12 inches covered in paper and sellotape in a attempt to cover it up and its quite clear that it has been like this forever. My daughter and I slept with the lights on incase anything came in that hole - rats mice anything could enter - its an obvious health and safety issue that has been pointed out before but nothing has been done why?. The security gate on the apartment itself doesn't work either just to make one feel even more scared . On the outside wall of the apartment are 8 boxes containing 8 sets of keys to various other slumb accomadation charging max prices all managed by the same 'out of sight rogue landlord' . These tenants come 24/7 to pick up keys right at your front door ???...how is that even legal???? The landlord ensures he is out of sight despite the fact someone in this apartment block buzzes all clients into the building. After day three and being woken up by a screaming neighbour who roared for over one hour scaring the life out of us we decided to leave as my 17 year old was too scared to stay any longer. When I texted the rogue landlord to say we were leaving two days early his first question was what time will you leave as he wanted to send a cleaner inand no doubt find someone else to rent it to that night and the following night and double his rent.
