A fabulous apartment. It has lots of character and is well equipped and very cosy for a winter stay. Nice touches, such as lots of toiletries in the bathroom and condiments in the kitchen. The main bedroom view of Sienna is particularly lovely. Having a garage was a great addition and made the stay even better. It is a good 20 minute walk to the centre, with some steep climbs and steps, so anyone with mobility issues may need to take this into consideration.

Location, view, well-equipped kitchen, temperature during cooler autumn nights, garage.

Great location to walk to sights and grocery store. Clean, quiet, comfortable, nice view, good communication with host.

Everything! From the styling, to the location, the easy of check in, the private garage, the view of the city, the small yet complete kitchen.

Lack of A/C, which was known to us, so not a big problem. The fans on the ceiling did help, though.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view over the city from the bedroom window. Parking is free and available in a secure private garage building just down the hill. Approx 20min walk to the city center and the duomo were easily reachable on foot.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is up on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator and only accessible via multiple flights of stairs.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, well-lit and airy with the windows open. The apartment was able to keep cool at night during a hot summer with a breeze through the bedroom window and/or the fan. Serviceable kitchen, good shower pressure.

I guess the only thing was walking up the hill and then to the apartment after going into the city - it's up 2 flights of stairs, would be tough with heavy luggage.

Great view of Sienna from the bedroom window; a large apartment equipped with everything you need. Private garage nearby which was very convenient. Close to the old city, 10 min walk to escalators (near parking San Francesco which is additionally convenient).

It was OK for us that was no lift and we had that information in advance, but just to mention that nonetheless, the third floor could be challenging for families with kids, older people, or people with heavy luggage.

Well appointed apartment outside of the old town. Nice space and view from bedroom is great. The parking garage is a bonus albeit it down the road. Laundromat at end if the block. Very nice supermarket 10min walk away.

Communication was very sketchy from the outset. Flight of stairs will not suit all with heavy suitcases. Not according to spec eg no washing machine. Wifi did not work entire time. No water in fridge. Just lack of the nicer little touches like clear instructions on how to use or info re town or maps or wifi code etc. All things like coffee sugar wtc were near depleted so versus other accomodation it fell short.Approx 30min walk to Siena old town.
