Byt je pěkně vybavenĆ½, mĆ­sto je pro milovnĆ­ky samoty ideĆ”lnĆ­, protože apartmĆ”novĆ½ komplex je na obrovskĆ©m skalnĆ­m Ćŗtesu nad mořem a minimĆ”lně 5 km na obě strany nenĆ­ Å¾Ć”dnĆ© dalÅ”Ć­ obydlĆ­ ani restaurace. SoukromĆ” plĆ”Å¾ pÅ™Ć­mo pod domem je ohraničena vysokĆ½mi skalisky, mĆ” svĆ© kouzlo, ale za typickĆ½mi bĆ­lĆ½mi SardskĆ½m karibskĆ½mi plĆ”Å¾emi musĆ­te jet autem minimĆ”lně 10 km (na obě strany).

ApartmĆ”novĆ½ komplex čƭtĆ” asi 150 bytÅÆ, ale v době mĆ©ho pobytu zde bylo asi 12 rodin, takže večer na mě pÅÆsobil komplex velmi opuÅ”těně a popravdě jsem se dost bĆ”la, když fučel vĆ­tr prĆ”zdnĆ½mi chodbami. VĆ½tah do spodnĆ­ch pater k bazĆ©nu hrozivě kvĆ­lĆ­. PlĆ”Å¾ je dost kamenitĆ”, ale je možnĆ© vlĆ©zt do vody i bez bot. Komplex je celkově dost zanedbanĆ½ a spodnĆ­ patra, kterĆ” jsou buď v rekonstrukci, nebo spĆ­Å” zanedbanĆ© a opuÅ”těnĆ©, pÅÆsobĆ­ zvlĆ”Å”tně. Je to vidět hlavně ve dne při pohledu z plĆ”Å¾e,

- Herausragende Lage direkt am Meer - die Ruhe und Idylle - private Strandnutzung - der abgewrackte Charm und ein Hotel gefĆ¼hlt komplett fĆ¼r sich alleine zu haben (Nebensaison) Ć”la ā€žLost Placesā€œ - die perfekte KĆ¼stenstraƟe SP71, der Traum eines jeden Motorradfahrers

- unzureichende Ausstattung der KĆ¼che (kein SpĆ¼lmittel, Lappen, GewĆ¼rze etc.) - kein Moskitonetz oder Ƥhnliches - durch Nebensaison leider keine Poolnutzung - kein Personal als Ansprechpartner - das gesamte GebƤude ist schwer baufƤllig HINWEIS: Erwarten Sie kein funktionstĆ¼chtiges Hotel mit einschlƤgigem Service. FĆ¼r ZwischenĆ¼bernachtung genau richtig.

Com uma estadia de 10 dias Ć© considerĆ”vel fazer uma limpeza e mudar tanto as toalhas como as roupas de cama pelo menos uma vez. A piscina nĆ£o tinha cadeiras, nem sombras para podermos usufruir da mesma.

Posizione strategica per accedere facilmente alle spiagge piĆ¹ belle del posto. Vista mare mozzafiato, spiaggia e piscina (anche se non utilizzabile questo periodo) La struttura ĆØ enorme, sembra davvero a forma di un nuraghe. Camera pulita e confortevole, silenzio di notte, solo il suono del mare, sembrava di stare su una nave. Il prezzo ĆØ ragionevole.

La struttura ĆØ un po' datata, di notte non ci sono le luci attorno. L'appartamento ĆØ privo di cose essenziali come il sapone e l'asciugamano per cucina. Sarebbe l'ideale la presenza di una lavatrice oppure una lavanderia del condominio.
