Posizione centrale in paese a Roana, parcheggio riservato, comodo a tutti i servizi e destinazioni, struttura molto accogliente, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ottima pulizia generale. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Dotazione di articoli da bagno e cucina scarsi (sapone, carta igienica, sacchetti dei rifiuti) o assenti (shampoo, bagnoschiuma); 2° piano senza ascensore; alla mattina presto rumore di carico/scarico del supermarket sottostante.

Centralt i Mezzaselva. Rimlig lägenhet.

När vi kom blev vi tilldelade annat boende än det som stod i bokningen, dessutom inte på samma ort. Herr Franco vad dock behjälplig med att hitta lämpligt boende på samma anlägging där vi skulle vara från början. Istället för 1 lägenhet till 4 pers fick vi två st lägenheter till 2 pers vilket ändå passade oss bra. Ett minus var att lägenhet en inte var så noga städad vid ankomsten. Mycket damm på fönsterbänkarna mm

We are a group of road biker friends (30 people). The price was very important for us, as we spent most of our days in the saddle, and not in the hotel. - excellent value/price - quiet/remote location - bike storage - parking spot - washing machine, free of charge - heating was turned on for us, when we arrived - Franco and Lorenzo are lovely people, very kind, and very helpful! One night Franco came over at 9pm to check the boiler for us! - the kitchens are clean, all necessary dishes, washing machine with tablets, fridge

I really struggle to find anything, this is truly a great place to stay, but some people could call these minor problems: As you could guess, being with bikes meant: we didn't care about the location, but it is 5 km from the center of Asiago. - remote location could be a problem if you are without a car/bike - some rooms are at the top level, the ceiling is low, some taller people hit their head. - in some rooms, the showerhead was leaking on the side
