It is like a home and the owner was in connection to all answers.

There is no elevator and if you have heavy luggage it could be a problem.

Great property. Good location with a short walk to the old town. Great neighborhood. Excellent outdoor patio area. Excellent value for money.

Check in was difficult. The woman checking us in did not hear us ringing the bell because she was hanging out on the patio. It was very frustrating as she wasn’t checking her messages either and we were left in the lurch. She did apologize profusely and made every effort afterwards to help us have a comfortable stay.

Convenient location, not far from the old town ca. 5-10 minutes walk, Parking on the streets is free and we always found a parking spot just next to the house. A big balcony. As we were on a surfing holiday, it was a great place to stay - just 20-25 minutes drive to kitesufing spot, on no wind days we could stay in the city or hike to Erice, so location is good. A fully equipped kitchen is a plus if you are cooking yourself.

Just 2 things that could be improved: Wifi is really slow, so I had to share my cellphone network for work. The pans for cooking are paper-thin and make cooking a steak a bit difficult, but it's a minor issue.
