"Quiet spacious luxury apartment close to lively Palermo centre"

Super helpful staff who patiently dealt with multiple fussy requests from us. Great location close to (but well soundproofed against) central Palermo's noisy bustle. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very fast WiFi. Powerful showers.

Excellent location in the historic part of the town. Very comfortable apartment with comfortable beds. Silvia, our local contact, was excellent and responded to all queries instantly. Also gave good recommendations for local eateries.

Fantastic apartment, with a 2 min walk to restaurants & bars. Such a great location for exploring the city. We couldn't get the heating working in the apartment, so I messaged the host who replied within 2 minutes and all sorted! Christmas tree was up which was a nice touch. Communication before arriving and instructions for finding the apartment were perfect. Would highly recommend this apartment. Can't comment on the kitchen facilities as we didn't cook there - the local food is too good to be eating in!

The courtyard for the whole apartment block is quite run down, but this is not reflective of the apartment itself, and obviously not the owners responsibility. Maybe the living area could have been a little more comfy, but again we weren't there to lounge about, so wasn't a huge issue

"Palermo and it's racist comments"

Everything is great about the apartment, highly recommended for families, just the exterior of the building in dirty streets, classic Palermo.

The apartment is great, but in the 3 days I was in Palermo my wife received discrimination and racism my wife is dark skin Mexican, I speak some Italian and the people down there think we didn't understand them but one day they totally told her in her face. Palermo and surroundings are racist It sad but it is true. I'm half Sicilian and half Mexican I was really disappointed and sad.
