LUIMAR Holiday House

Location, location, location. Only the apartment stairs and you are in Amalfi. No need to traverse countless stairs to get to and from the Piazza Duomo or the sea. Located above Piazza Municipio made us feel like locals, with a Farmers Market (on Thursday) and kids playing after school. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Fresh air from the open windows made the living room feel like alfesco dining and the view is 'tranquillo'. Thanks for Francesco for meeting us for check in and answering all of our questions.

The only thing I did not like is how uncomfortable the beds were, you were sleeping on cardboard

It was in an awesome location very close to the main area. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our baby, including a cot. The view from the apartment was stunning! We had great customer service from start to finish. We had some issues with our wifi but it was fixed by our host and working perfectly afterwards. Thank you for having us! Definitely recommend

There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment (which is expected of Amalfi) but it was a bit difficult with a baby, pram etc. but only a minor thing

The view and location was nice. The owner carried our luggage up the stairwell.

A few main things: the bed was possibly the worst we've slept on (honestly, as hard as a park bench). Furniture is old & needs replacing, especially the red couch. Tv reception was all italian language & bad reception. No wifi for first 24 hours of stay. Dark, dingey stairs to entrance way, needs better lighting. And was missing the little touches that other accom have offered like water bottles, coffee, sugar, milk. This place has potential but missed the mark by quite some distance.

fabulous location with a small local market in the square twice a week. Felt very much as if living with locals but tourist area a 2 minute walk. Lovely views. Everything we needed was there.

Its the 4th floor. We were ok with the steps but anyone with mobility issues would have a problem.
