- 3rd floor in a tenement house, no one informed about it, many people had trouble entering the apartment without an elevator - no instructions for the devices - after turning on all the air conditioning, the electricity went off - no garbage bags, paper towels or anything to wipe up - 3.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days of stay - 0 questions from the owner if everything was ok and if we needed anything, but he even called about the city tax unexpectedly - no information on how to set the thermostat, which turned off automatically at night - on the first night it was impossible to heat the apartment, it was 14 degrees... - no blankets, only a thin bedspread to cover (I know this is standard in Italy, but it's winter and no normal person sleeps at 14 degrees under the duvet) - leaky windows letting in cold air from outside - check-out at 11, I said that we could leave earlier at 10, the cleaning lady came to the room at 9:40 and started tidying up the apartment in our presence...

Clean roomy all good

The 73 steps to get to the room! I am in my 70s and carry 14 kg suitcase. No indication of this when booking. Took me over an hour to get all the way. No handrails in some sections and some broken steps. Lighting kept going out. Please inform customers of the access in the promotion

Centrally located to everything! Spacious, modern, and clean. The host, Francesco, is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Very good internet connection. You will definitely get exercise going up/down the stairs to the 3rd floor xD

I liked that it was very spacious.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no elevator because the apartment is on a high floor and the steps are steep. The host told us that the building is old so I understand it was not possible to install an elevator.
