Residenza Villa Tosca

it was very clean, big, very good equipment in the kitchen you can cook there great meals check-in and payment was easy

early check-out time, we didn’t had time to enjoy the Villa in the morning

Stunning location and a beautiful apartment close to the vineyards with a view of montepulciano. We opted for breakfast at the main house and it was excellent with a lot of made to order options.

Location, spacious and clean with well appointed room. Outstanding service from Valentina who helped us at a moment’s notice. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

The Villa comprises several apartments, each with a different theme. The one we stayed is with the theme of 'cats'. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with all sorts of lovely 'cats' decorations. It's spacious, very cozy and equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. It's close to various large supermarkets and restaurants. While it is not located within any famous scenic spots, it's not far away from them, eg only about 20min drive to Montepulciano. In view of the reasonable price, it's really value for money.

The villa has a small swimming pool. However, during our stay, we found many small dead inserts floating on the water and many birds' wastes around the swimming pool. So we did not use the swimming pool and it was quite disappointing.

We really enjoyed our time in Villa Tosca - the appartment was very clean and spacious. It had fun, artistic decor dotted around it. The air conditioning was great (and much needed!) Valentina was very friendly and accommodating over message. We loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful views of the garden and further afield! We would certainly come again. Thank you Valentina :)

The hallways could get a little noisy with other guests, as it would echo up the stairs.

The villa was amazing with a beautiful, modern design, which added to the feeling of luxury! Everything in the flat was spotless, and we had a great time lounging around the pool. Valentina was incredibly nice and responded quickly to any question we had. I highly recommend staying there!
