Very clean, spacious, close to the airport, available parking nearby

The apartment is an unattached unit on the ground floor and very clean and spacious. There is an awesome garden complete with outdoor kitchen and a wood burning pizza oven. David is a wonderful and gracious host who showed us all around and provided us will all the information we needed for our stay. He graciously included a couple bottles of water in the fridge for us to use. The unit has AC in all the rooms as well as televisions in all bedrooms and the main sitting room. While the AC can be handy on the warm Rome days, when we stayed on September 12, we found excellent breezes coming through all the screened windows which was refreshing. I would certainly enjoy staying here again to be able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. Thanks again to our wonderful host.

Near airport and big shopping mall

David is a charming host who communicates well, and he met us on time. The apartment is modern and comfortable. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled, and the bedrooms are a good size. The outdoor space is magical. Thanks for a special stay!

Great property, recently renovated with cute garden outside. Super convenient location for the airport while still close to beaches, restaurants etc. As a host, David is second to none. He helped us arrange a photographer at the last minute from his network. Thanks again David!!

Beautifull apartment very clean, 2 bathroom, 3 bedrooms with a/c, clothes washed machine, full furnished kitchen, 3 tv, nice garden to relax and with bbq available. Supermarket and restaurants at 500 mt... Host Mr. David nice kindly person that will help you for any request and informations.

The host, David, was very personable and welcoming. He sent great pre-arrival communications so we knew what to expect when we arrived and welcomed us in person to show us the apartment. He takes pride in his apartment and facilities and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. We enjoyed meeting him (and his momma!).

It was exactly what we needed for a late afternoon arrival at FCO and early departure the following morning.

Pros: - close to airport - close to restaurants - clean and spacious - operated by very friendly family - nice fenced in garden - great for kids/families We were staying at David's place after getting off a cruise. It was our final night in Italy. Unfortunately, we had a stressful situation and left our passports on the cruise ship which was at the port 1 hour away. Even though we arrived several houra before check in and David was very busy, he tried to help us as best as he could. He let us use his phone to call the cruise ship, got a bathroom cleaned asap ( we had arrived well before oue check in) so my children and I could utlize the restroom. His whole family worked hard to get the place cleaned early so I could stay there with my kids while my husband took a cab back to the port. My kids played in the Garden while we waited. His mom even came out and gave us a large bottle of water and some cups. David also arranged a taxi for us the following morning to the airport. You can tell this family really cares about their guests.

David is an exceptional host. David made everything easy for us by providing all the information, meeting us on arrival to explain and show the facilities, helped arrange transport to the airport, gave us restaurant recommendations and directions and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. It is very close to the airport - (5-10mins) which is why we booked it and had restaurants within walking distance which was great. David, thank you for making our stay so special for our last night!

It was very beautiful and nice. Everything was fit exactly as I expected.
