Pulita e ben posizionata vicino al centro . Ottima assistenza del proprietario che ci ha fatto check in da remoto e ci ha consigliato un posto per cenare ottimo .

Il fatto che c era solo un rotolo di carta igienica e non c’era nessuna cialda di caffè 🤣 però per il resto tutto perfetto .

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'appartement a un vrai caractère, l'hôte Mario est très disponible pour informer sur le check-in et l'appartement. La chambre est propre et comfortable. Le tout à deux pas du centre-ville. Un excellent pied à terre à petit budget pour Catane.

"Very convenient for the center of Catania, easy, quiet, comfy, welcoming, with character"

The host was very professional and useful, sending a text in advance to prepare the arrival and arrived promptly explaining everything very clearly. Also the apartment is very nicely decorated and has a lot of charm.

Die Lage war super. Funktionierende Küche

Extrem weiche Matratze, zum Bad musste man über den Flur, lautes Haus, schreiende Kinder direkt über dem Zimmer, für eine Nacht ohne Ansprüche mal machbar aber mehr nicht

Appartamento molto carino e stanza ampia. Proprietario molto disponibile e alloggio ben tematizzato e curato. Condominio signorile con ascensore. Check-in e checkout fluidi come esperienza.

Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato carta igienica in camera e abbiamo dovuto contattare l'host che nel giro di 1 ora ha risolto. Abbiamo anche trovato solo un set di asciugamani ma anche li l'host in poco tempo ha risolto. Diciamo piccoli disservizi magari dovuti a problemi con la ditta di pulizie. Se non ci fossero stati questi problemi sarebbe andato meglio. Il bagno della mostra camera con il "sanitrit" crea un po di problemi perché non pupi buttare nessun tipo di carta nel water. Un po' di polvere ma nulla di che.
