Sehr ruhige Lage! Perfekt für meinen Erholungstag als Pilger. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um selber zu kochen. Ganz großes Lob an die Vermieterin. Sie fuhr mich in die Stadt und zum Einkaufen!

Ruhige, naturnahe Lage an einem Olivenhain und sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Geräumiges Badezimmer, gemütliche Wohnküche.

Kein echtes B&B, kein "Frühstück inbegriffen". Es gab nur die Zutaten: Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, abgepackten Zwieback, abgepackte Milchbrōtchen, keine Butter oder Margarine, abgepackte Marmelade und Honig. Daraus musste man sich das Frühstück selbst bereiten. Außerdem durfte man die Heizung nicht höher stellen als 18 Grad; draußen waren aber nur zwischen 12 und 14 Grad (Anfang April), so dass es im Haus kühl und klamm blieb. Leider gab es in der Wohnküche nur ein völlig durchgesessenes sehr unbequemes Sofa und wenn ich 20 Euro extra zahle für die Reinigung, erwarte ich picobello Sauberkeit, aber die Bratpfannen hatten fettige Griffe, im Bad ging ein benutztes Handtuch und lag ein schmuddeliger Duschvorleger.

"Soggiorno molto piacevole e confortevole"

Ambiente confortevole e ospitale, al nostro arrivo la Signora Antonietta ci ha accolti rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. L'ambiente è risultato essere silenzioso, pulito e arredato con gusto. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

"Immerso nel verde"

L’appartamento è molto grande e spazioso per due persone, più bello che nelle foto. Sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari e l’accoglienza della signora Antonietta è ottima! Si trova a 4 min di auto dal parcheggio principale di Gubbio, ma sconsigliamo di andare a piedi visto che la casa è situata su una collina abbastanza ripida. Chiedete maggiori info prima di arrivare per fare la strada migliore.

Consigliamo vivamente questo b e b in primo luogo per la gentilezza della signora Antonietta che ci ha accolti come dei figli ! Un intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito e accogliente. La signora ci ha fatto trovare dei prodotti appositi per le nostre intolleranze alimentari ! Se dovessimo tornare a Gubbio torneremo sicuramente da lei
