Location - close to Mestre station, 10 minutes by train to Venice St Lucia. Affordable price. Good contact with owner. Clean rooms.

The appartment is located in Mestre, ten minutes away from the center of Venise. Also 2 min away from the bus and the railway station, the two means of going to Venise. It has a parking spot which is great knowing that parking in the area might be difficult. The appartment is big, cosy, and has everything one needs in order to spend quality time, as well as all the necessary conditions for cooking home. The owner is very nice, helpful and available for any questions one might have. Thanks to them we spent really great time only 10 min away from Venise.

The location was close to the train station and to various Chinese restaurants. A supermarket was also very close. A truly excellent location in general. It was also very quiet!

Great location, just several minutes walking distance to the train station (Venezia Mestre). There you could find trains going to or from the main train station (Venezia Santa Lucia) every few minutes. We enjoyed the 11-minutes train ride over the beautiful venetian lagoon. Personally we prefer to stay on the mainland instead on the Venice island(s), since it saved us the hassle of dragging our luggages through mostly overcrowded, narrow roads and bridges of Venice. Good, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Clean apartment with good amount of amenities. Check in and check out were simple. Friendly host, easy to contact via whatsapp.

The place could be a little bit cramped for 5 people. Otherwise only some minor inconveniences (No elevator, hot water for the shower sometimes unstable)

Very fast and very smart way of checkin process.

Only air-condition within rooms. It is not preffered way of heating in our country.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Parking in the yard which is included in the price. Detailed instructions for self-registration. The children liked the TV with Netflix the most. :)

Host was very good in communication. Given neat instructions for self check-in.Perfect destination for Holiday in Venice. All the facilities available were excellent.Train station is so nearby. TV was available with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Google.

The apartment is near the Venezia-Mestre station and easy on traveling to and from Venezia. It's on a very quite neighborhood with easy code access. Rooms and kitchen were tidy and clean. The host and our contact person were very responsive and detailed in instructions and guidance. Bed mattresses are moderate hard but comfortable to sleep.

We were 4 and 2 of us had to sleep in 2 separate beds located in the kitchen, thus we felt a little bit uncomfortable as those beds were not equipped with bedroom minimum furniture (e.g. small wardrobe or nightstand). The apparent is ideal for 3 person for 2-3 night stay.
