Home in Orvieto - Via dei Dolci

The location was tge best thing about this apartment, which was very good. The owner was exceptionally kind. The view from our window showed the Duomo, brillient at night.

Location was central, close to the Duomo and close to our son who we were visiting

We were on our own for breakfast, after staying in hotels where breakfast was part of the stay

The best aspect of this stay was Roberta and Valerie — the latter was gracious, kind and patient...she even met me at a parking lot to guide me to the property. Both she and Roberta helped me to carry a heavy load of items to the apartment. Throughout my stay Roberta was consistently in contact per my needs and even helped me out with several errands. Being on my own w/two large dogs, it was the first time I felt like I wasn't alone in Italy. GRAZIE MILLE.

WiFi is excellent but phone calls are problematic if you need to speak on the phone vs texting, which I don't think is an issue for most people. Unfortunately, I had several important and highly confidential phone calls I had to make during my stay and I had to leave the apartment and talk in the piazza (not a bad location!). But, like I said, it's likely only a minor inconvenience for most people.

Very clean accommodations and a great and quiet location. We would definitely try to stay here again on a future visit.

The lights in the kitchen were not working, and the lighting in the bathroom was in such a way as not to have lighting to work in the mirror.

Superb location next to the Orvieto underground tour and cathedral. Modern bright and airy. Good main bed. A smart TV would be a useful future upgrade especially travelling with a teenager! My son and I had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

Although the apartment looked very clean, the floors needed a good wet-mop and I wasn’t comfortable walking barefoot around the apartment. It would also be nice to have some complimentary milk/biscotti to go with the tea and coffee.

Location was outstanding. Bed comfortable, living area open and inviting, quiet apartment with a partial view of the Duomo. Communal laundry not an issue and glad to be able to wash clothes.
