The apartment was well equipped, very clean and the aircon was excellent. It had a very central location with a wide variety of shops and restaurant at our door step. Silvia was very friendly and met us at the apartment on our arrival, and even helped us with our suit cases. She also gave us advice on the train system and booked us a taxi on departure.

A real find in the historic center of Bologna: a 12-minute walk from the central train and bus stations, a 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore and other landmarks. A world-famous University of Bologna is even closer. This two-bedroom apartment is located in the historic building, and is spacious, modern, tastefully furnished, and air-conditioned, which was so important during unusually hot late May-early June. Silvia was in contact with us via WhatsApp, met us at the building's entrance when we arrived in the late evening, showed around, and explained everything very clearly. Also, we found the restaurant literally next door (shown on the picture of the property on Booking.com) to be our favorite, with extremely good service and kind manager and servers. Overall, a wonderful experience staying in this apartment.

Absolutely perfect location . Good size apartment. Washing machine in apartment very handy.

Nothing. It was noisy outside in this busy part of Bologna but windows cut out all noise when closed.
