The location was very good , close to the center, restaurants, super market and very live and cheerful atmosphere due to its proximity to the university. The hostess was fantastic. Smily, helpful and very cheerful !

One of two double beds and its quilt was problematic . It needs to be replaced ! It’ s a pity , because everything else was very very good.

The location was excellent, within easy strolling distance of both the train station and the city centre. The location is also home to many great restaurants. Sylwia met us upon arrival and was very helpful with all of our questions.

None, perhaps the mattress on one of the beds was a little on the soft side.

Spacious, lovely presentation, huge beds. With the location right in the heart of Bologna, tourist attractions are very accessible by foot and fantastic restaurants are just outside the door. To give you an idea, 1 bed could easily fit an 8 year old and 4 year old, plus an adult to settle them. Just a note on restaurants, if there's anywhere you particularly fancy, try to book a day or more before. There was one piece we missed out because of this, but otherwise we were able to eat everywhere we were recommended and looked the look of. You're genuinely spoilt for choice, and there's even a McDonalds round the corner which was a nice fall back for our 4 year old.

Absolute perfect location, in walking distance to train station but also at corner of main shopping street and tons of restaurants on same street; has everything we needed and very comfortable; proprietor was extremely helpful - great communication throughout booking process and at check in and even after, went above and beyond to locate a small item we’d accidentally left behind.
