Расположение в старой части, близость пляжа. Стилистика квартиры. Отзывчивый администратор.

Квартира очень темная, даже днем нужно включать свет. Находиться на 3 этаже, дом без лифта. Квартира нуждаеться в ремонте. Полотенца нужно обновить.
