Castel View Apartment - Gardaslowemotion

Very nice, tastefully furnished apartment in a great location with beautiful views (front, back and sideways). Very quiet, away from the tourist crowds and yet quickly at Lake Garda (14min) or most of the Arco climbing areas. The equipment is complete, everything you need is available (even sharp kitchen knifes, which I've often missed). Also a washing machine, although not mentioned in the description. The balcony of our apartment was almost huge, round a corner and great to sit and linger. In all rooms there is plenty of storage space. The landlords run the restaurant/hotel just opposite the apartment and are very friendly, warm and attentive. In the restaurant you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, here's everything your heart desires. Also it's uncomplicated with the check-in. Those are the pros.

Unfortunately, there are also cons: The beds are less comfortable. They have rather guest bed character, lightweighted, so they slip easily on the floor, just when you lean on the headboard, are too narrow and squeak with every turn, even with the weight of a 6 year old child. Also the plastic chairs in the dining room are not quite up to the otherwise good standard, even if it is not unusual for Italian vacation apartments. As it is already written in the welcome folder, people should show consideration for each other, because if the other apartments are occupied (like we've over Easter), it is very bright-noisy. Unfortunately, not all people are so considerate, especially when they appear in groups and drink alcohol☹️. Regarding cleanliness: there was a thick layer of dust under the beds.
