Good space in the flat, the sunny terrasse, the quiet surrounding...

Tolle Lage! Schöne Aussicht und der See, Supermarkt sowie Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattetes Appartement, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (zB.: Geschirrtücher oder zweites Schneidebrett) war alles da, was man für den Alltag braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer. Die Kommunikation mit der Dame, die uns den Schlüssel gab war unkompliziert und sie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Eigener fixer Parkplatz, auch für größere Autos gut geeignet (was in Italien ja nicht immer der Fall ist). Appartement über Lift gut zu erreichen (auch mit vielen Kindersachen).

Es war fast perfekt, die Wohnung groß und lichtdurchflutet. Das Einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war, dass das Appartement sehr hellhörig ist und dass es im Wohnzimmer noch ein kleines Regal als Ablagefläche geben könnte.

Dobrze wyposażony, przepiękne widoki na góry, blisko do sklepów, restauracji, centrum, plaży i jeziora. Gorąco polecam. Żadnych minusów

Der Check in lief problemlos ab. Die Anlage ist sehr einfach gehalten und gepflegt. Ebenso der Pool. Das Apartment war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung war super( Elektrische Rolladen jedes Fenster, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine). Die Lage ist sehr gut, man läuft 10min bis zum See. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Etwas hellhörig

Very well equiped apartment, clean. Calm location, close to shop, bars , restaurants and beach. Washing machine was a great asset.

Communication with the host was very satisfying. There's a really big balcony equipped with a table big enough for all guests. The apt can be reached without a single stair, even though its on the first floor. All rooms, including the bathroom, have windows. If you are a couple with up to two kids you have space enough.

This is nothing the host can change: The building is poorly soundproofed, i.e. if the neighbours are noisy you'll hear it. There is no noise from the front side (street side) but you may hear traffic originating from a distant main road from the back side in the early evening. All appliances worked but a single outlet for the whole kitchenette is a bit challenging.
